Large Timber Trestle

I guess I am like most people - we all want
to model a large timber trestle spanning a deep gorge. I don't exactly understand what
interest modelers in such structures. Is it because of the sheer size and complexity of
the construction itself? Is it seemingly fragile appearance of the completed bridge? Well,
that’s enough speculating…shut up and model…
This bridge will be built from
scratch, unlike the small timber trestle
that was purchased used and partially together. The first step is to get some measurements
and make some decisions.
This project is just getting under way. I don't have a lot here now but I will be adding
